A vast and tasty breakfast buffet with fresh farmer's egg, nicely smelling bread, fresh alpine butter and flavoured cheese from the direct surroundings, guarantee a good start to the day. At our daily snack buffet from 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. you can satisfy your small hunger. In the evening we serve varied 4-course menus with fresh salads from the buffet, and tasty deserts prepared according to old Tyrolean recipes. We are always pleased to recommend a South Tyrolean wine to suit your dinner. Our cuisine exclusively uses the best of South Tyrolean quality products, which are personally chosen by the chef and freshly prepared by him and his team every day. Many of these products are purchased directly from farmers from the surrounding areas. Quality that you can taste!
