Campo Tures in Val Pusteria – community of the Aurina Valley

The community of Campo Tures is located at 865 m above sea level in the vicinity of Brunico in the Vedrette di Ries Nature Park. Included in the community are the main village Campo Tures and the villages Caminata, Molini di Tures, Riva di Tures and Acereto.

Characteristic for Camp Tures is of course Tures Castle. It thrones above the village and is a very popular excursion destination for tourists. The Riva Waterfalls and the educational nature path in Tures are also worth a visit. Both destinations are ideal for an easy hike in the wonderful natural landscape of the Aurina Valley. In the village you will find the Nature Park House, which is dedicated to the flora and fauna, to the geological variety, and the minerals in the Vedrette di Ries Nature Park. A highlight in summer is the street festival "Tauferer Straßenküche", which takes place every Tuesday evening. The nearby ski resort Monte Spicco provides plenty of variety for your winter holidays. A free ski shuttle brings you directly from the hotel to the ski resort.
